Vertex Dividing Heads

BSO Dividing Head  (Ref: XC158..)

The Vertex BSO dividing head comprises of head stock, tail stock, set 3 dividing plates and chuck back plate. The spindle noses are threaded for a chuck ( suits Myford Series 7). Both the phosphor bronze worm and the spindle are hardened and ground. Ratio between the work and the worm gear is 40:1. A 24 hole plate is also fitted for quick indexing of simple numbers. The spindle is rigidly held in a taper roller bearing and the swivel head can be locked at any angle from -10-90'. Supplied complete with test certificate Centre height is 100 mm.

Ratio between the work and the worm gear is 40:1. A 24 hole plate is also fitted for quick indexing of simple numbers.
