Good product at good price It is significantly cheaper than the other lamp options and seems to work well giving sufficient light. Neck does not bend to tight turns but is flexible enought. Ideally I would have two - one from each side to elliminate shadows. S.P.Airey - Holland

New Knurling and Parting Kit (Ref: KKP1...)

This new set includes an excellent clamp type knurling tool suitable for 3 1/2 centre lathes etc. This is the preffered type as it clamps top and bottom of the work instead of pushing and therefore does not stress the lathe bearings. The unit is fitted with a pair if diamond pattern medium HSS knurls. The shank is 5/16 square. Also included is a useful double ended straight knurling tool with a single medium knurl one end and a single fine knurl the other end. Four Replcement Diamond knurls are also included for this item in fine and coarse. To complete the kit is a 10mm square parting tool complete with three HSS parting blades 2mm thick x 8mm wide x 70mm long.

A very useful tool I needed an accurate method of setting angles on the compound slide of my lathe and this does the job perfectly. I wouldn't be without it now. The only weakness I can find is that the angles are relative not absolute so you have to set zero before use by bringing the two arms together. -
