These tables have a totally ground finish which provides high precision and smooth rotation - everything you would expect from VERTEX. The centre of the table is fitted to an inner conical Morse tapered sleeve MT2. The worm gear ratio is 90:1 i.e. one revolution of the hand wheel = 4' of rotation of the table and the vernier scale is calibrated to 10 sec.The hardened and ground worm gear incorporate a quick release system for manual indexing. These new tables tilt 0-90' from horizontal to vertical position while maintaining rigidity. To ensure minimum set up time the units employ two quick set locking screws. The work is hardened & ground and the ratio is 90-1. The work table is fully graduated 360' so that the handle moves the table through 4'.The micro collar is graduated in steps of 2' min.
