MC100 Ambient Air Filter  (Ref: MC100)

This our new ambient air filter, the MC100. Small, portable & very economical makes this filter a useful health & safety product that you cannot afford to do without, selling for under £100 in the shops you have no excuse not to look after your health. This filter can be stood on the bench close to the workpiece or using the opional accessory mcc100 cradle it can be wall mounted , either to act as a general workshop air cleaner or over a machine,ideal over a lathe. If you have any decorating to do in the home, sanding skirting boards or door frames etc. Take the MC100 indoors and stop the dust from going all over the house.

The MC100 is suitable for coping with filtering a 12 cubic metre workshop.

MC400 Air Filter  (Ref: MC400)

The MC400 is ideal for a workplace up to 40 cubic metres in size.(single car garage)
It is compact and very ecomical to run, yet it will filter a 40 cubic metre room 10 times each hour.
This machine is best hung from the ceiling near the centre of the room.

MC500 Air Filter  (Ref: MC500)

This machine is similar in power to the MC400, but it is a two speed filter and is free standing or can be mounted on the wall or ceiling. Can be stood next to the work in progress to filter the dust directly at source.

This is a larger version of the MC400, it can easily cope with filtering a 120 cubic metre workshop 10 times an hour.

MC3000 Air Filter  (Ref: MC3000)

This machine is the replacement for the MC2800 , it has more power, is quieter and nearly half the size.
It filters over 3000 cubic metres of air per hour and is suitable for a 300 cu mtr area on its own, several machines can be used in larger areas.
Powder coated on the outside and galvanised on all internal metalwork for a long life.
There are 4 x 100 watt motors and 4 individual filters, the air is filtered through EU4 grade filters on 4 sides and clean air is vented through the top.
It has 4 brackets on the top for hanging the machine from the ceiling or other suitable points, steel cables with shackles should be used for this.
Overall size is 510 x 510 x 510 mm and the weight is 35 kgs.
