Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment- Visa . Mastercard , Switch etc. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa and Mastercard , Paypal , Cheques and Postal Orders , You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

We also now accept Paypal- simply choose this option on checkout and you will securely be taken to the Paypal website to complete the transaction.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. Shipping And Handling

All products in this online catalogue include shipping to destinations on the UK mainland (orders of a certain weight to Scottish Highalands may be extra) . Carriage to all other destinations is calculated dependent on total weight and destination when you reach the checkout. You can of course ammend or cancel your order at this point.

Delivery Schedule

Carriage within the UK Mainland is FREE - but please be aware this is a 3/4 WORKING day service and sometimes longer if an item is out of stock . If you need your items more urgently please make sure this is clear by either adding a note to that effect during checkout (there is a facility for this) or by a seperate email or phone call Orders are normally despatched within 2 working days unless we are waiting delivery of an item or items. In this case we will despatch when the order is complete to save extra carriage costs etc .If and order is urgent please call or email to check stock so that we may modify the order as necessary to expediate despatch. We also offer a NEXT WORKING DAY GUARANTEED service- this is an extra £5.95 and you need to place your order before 2PM on the day of despatch

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 15% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.

Returns Policy

We will gladly accept goods returned which have been ordered in error providing they are new & unused. We cannot however refund or credit the cost of getting the original order to you - only the cost of the goods . The cost of the actual carriage plus packing materials etc will be deducted from any refund.
