A fine modelling saw with a maximum depth of cut of 22mm and the facility to tilt the arbor up to 45° for mitred and compound cuts. The table top is very solidly made from die-cast aluminium and measures 295 x 240mm with an extendable work support which pulls out from the left hand side, increasing the width to 500mm. The blade speed can be varied from 4,400 to 6,800rpm with the electronic feedback system giving a degree of constant speed control which gives an improved quality of cut. Fitted as standard with an 80mm diameter 24T TCT saw blade, perfect for high specification modelling work. 34mm diameter dust outlet.
A two speed fretsaw and a great a tool for model building and other fine detailed work. Fitted with a saw blade holder that takes both standard and pinless saw blades. The saw arm and the bellows with an adjustable nozzle, provide an unobstructed view of the work. The 2 parallel swinging saw arms, made of die cast aluminium with ball-bearing direct drive, are adjusted by a rotary knob for basic adjustment of saw blade tension. The 360mm x 180mm main table can be tilted for mitre cuts up to 45°. It is powered by a special motor with electronic stroke regulation and constant speed even under load. Supplied with 5 coarse and fine saw blades.

The lower part of the motor unit and the base plate is made of sturdy die cast aluminium with CNC milled guides. The base plate is surface milled and fitted with an integral vice to ensure work pieces are held firmly and securely for maximum cutting accuracy. The vice cheeks are provided with V-groove (for round parts) and with groove for clamping thin workpieces up to 65 mm wide. The compact, tight and torsion-free design allows clean and safe cutting of workpieces up to 65mm wide and 25mm thick as well as round material up to a max. diameter of 25mm. The base plate, rotates through 45° left and right and is notched 15° steps, the base can also be locked for intermediate angles. The KGS80 is supplied with a carbide tipped saw blade for wood, non-ferrous metals and plastic with 24 teeth ( 80 x 1.6 x 10 mm).
The Micro-Bandsaw, has a solid, ribbed die-cast aluminium housing and features double ball bearing aluminium pulleys. Its sturdy and easy to manage and has a machined table with slot for mitre gauge as well as an optional coolant trough measures a generous 200 x 200mm. The table tilts through 45° for very accurate mitre sawing. The machine is powered by a small noise 240 Volt motor (high quality, for quiet, prolonged use) with toothed belt drive. The speed is controlled electronically for extremely accurate sawing. A clear table indicates the recommended speed for most materials. The blade size is ideal for fine work, allowing cutting of small radii. Standard equipment includes one 1,065 x 5.0 x 0.4 mm (14 TPI) band saw blade. A diamond blade is available for cutting glass and ceramics, this must be used in conjunction with the coolant system and coolant collection tray. This product is very hi-tech.
