This headband magnifier has a magnification of 5X – This is particuraly good for lathework etc as the focal distance is around 15″- Stronger magnifications are available – although these have a shorter focal length see below.
The lens is made of glass and are ground & polished to opthalmic standards. The headband itself is cushioned for comfort and fully adjustable.
