The annual Exhibition of the Liskeard Model Society will be held at Liskeard  Community College, Callington Road PL14 2EA on the 2nd & 3rd March 2013.

 

The exhibition, which is the largest of its kind to be held in the region, is the only event in the area to cater for all kinds of models .

Society members’ exhibiting completed models and work in progress will be among the more than 150 model makers from Falmouth to Dorchester who will be showing miniature steam engines, model railways, model engineering, aircraft, agricultural and transport, boats and automata. Military subjects include miniature figures, helicopters, armour and dioramas.

 

The Exhibition is open from 10 am to 4 pm both days and is accessible by wheelchair.  There is a refreshment area where hot and cold snacks and drinks are available.

 

Ample free parking is available.

 

Entry prices have been held at £3.50 for adults, £2.50 for seniors,

Entry is free for children under16 accompanied by a paying adult.
