Do you ship around the World?
Yes, we ship to all countries. We ship most items worldwide using Royal Mail and various other international couriers.
Is UK shipping free?
Shipping is free to UK mainland orders over £50. We use a Royal Mail service for this delivery and it typically takes 2-3 working days. This does not include the UK islands and highlands.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs depend upon the shipping country and the weight of the package. The weight of your order is automatically calculated and when you enter your location, we automatically apply the correct shipping cost.
In some countries (such as the UK) we offer faster shipping options, which you can choose.

How can I pay?
- Online orders can be paid for with Sagepay Payments (which is level 1 compliant). You can pay with any major credit card.
- Online orders can also be paid for with PayPal. You can pay with your PayPal account or with any major credit card (even if you don’t have a PayPal account).
Can I return the tools?
We will gladly accept returned goods ordered in error, provided they are new & unused and arrive within 14 days of receipt. The cost of the return is to be paid by the customer.
