These Boring bars use Carbide WNMG 06 inserts with 6 corners. They are designed for straight boring & shoulder machining. The insert thickness in these tools is bigger than normal and allows the user to take 3 to 4mm depth of cut depending on the steel and machine feed rate.
The approach angle is 93 degree.
Boring bar diameter is 12mm with flats top and botton and Minimum bore size is 18mm
