Super Precision
Manufactured from close grained high tensile seasoned cast iron.
These vices have two angular slides which allow the work piece to be set at any desired angle – 45 degrees tilting range on either side and 90 degree vertical.
The 360 degree swivel base allows the vice to be set at any angle along with the vertical axis . The jaws are fully hardened and ground with a parallelism of 0.0012″ (30 microns) The hardness of the jaws is 55 +- HRC
