The Vertex BSO dividing head comprises of head stock, tail stock, set 3 dividing plates and chuck back plate
Both the phosphor bronze worm and the spindle are hardened and ground.
Ratio between the work and the worm gear is 40:1. A 24 hole plate is also fitted for quick indexing of simple numbers.
The spindle is rigidly held in a taper roller bearing and the swivel head can be locked at any angle from -10-90′. Supplied complete with test certificate Centre height is 100 mm
We offer this unit with and without a 3 jaw chuck 
IMPORTANT – OUR BSO DIVIDING HEADS HAVE A 1 1/8 X 12 TPI SPINDLE THREAD COMPATIBLE WITH MYFORD AS WELL AS A PLAIN CAST BACKPLATE IF YOU WANT TO ADAPT YOUR OWN CHUCK ETC
